"Flexible Mechanisms" are governed by WTO rules. It seems to me that Shell wants CRU/TC to produce reports that would benefit their ability to profit from CDMs. Part of CRU's mission, in addition to climate research is to "support sustainable responses to the challenges and opportunities created by climatic variability and change, through the provision of expert assessment and advice to all sectors of society." In other words, CRU produces data saying we're all gonna die and works on policies to keep us alive. Then it seems CRU/TC accept funding from folks who want to affect how those policies are written.

See wikipedia for a definition of "Flexible Mechanisms". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flexible_Mechanisms

See CRU strategic review agenda.doc for CRU's mission statement.

See 0968367517.txt for additional commentary by Mick Kelly regarding this.

I'm still researching the documents and will post more if/when if I find it.magicjavahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03154898399130212709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1670073287004531921.post-42085154560006402252009-11-26T21:12:33.898-05:002009-11-26T21:12:33.898-05:00The green peace e-mail is here:

Or any other items indicating globalism politics driving their research and skewed results?

BRAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1670073287004531921.post-34932922600018149402009-11-26T01:33:30.572-05:002009-11-26T01:33:30.572-05:00Great, MagicJava! I just saw your link at WattsUp...Great, MagicJava! I just saw your link at WattsUp. If you have time, take a look at this thread at JOM - discussion about the Press Release 1048799107.txt.

This is about the 4th or 5th thread at JOM re Climategate. The whole thread is great fun, but discussion about this CRU doc started after Rick linked to a WattsUp article. See 11/25/09 8:21 AM onwards.

Are you also interested, like I am, in pinpointing the whacko NWO, globalist-driven agenda at CRU in their own documents? I think Google can be used very successfully looking for connections between CRU's people and, for example, the senders of that press release ("Earth Government" 27 March 03).

My thinking is that the whistleblower had great familiarity with CRU's people and their politics and everything in the zip file was put there for a reason. I think he/she is pointing us to further research.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, fellow resistance :)

BRAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
