CRU Funded By British Petroleum
Click the image for a larger picture.
I came across this while doing the "Who's Who References" video. It seems that in addition to working deals with Shell Oil, Mick Kelly's work is also funded by British Petroleum.
It seems I can't glance sideways at these guys without coming across something questionable.

So you're saying that the climate change research in question is being funded by an organization that has a vested interest that climate change is NOT caused by humans?
ReplyDeleteYou also note that this info was already publicly available.
What point are you trying to make?
Welcome back Dr. Bridgman.

There's much more information on these topics and it's easily available with a quick google search. I'd encourage you to give it a look if your not already familiar with the issues.

Thanks. It was interesting reading. I'm a fan of the big cats who are not doing too well either.
ReplyDeleteThere is always this problem of unintended consequences. The problem is worse when a large organization makes an opportunity in a very poor area that has access to resources.
I've advocated diversifying alternative energy solutions. Then one can study potential unintended consequences while they're small and it's easier to take corrective action.
I agree with you on that.
